This week we have 5 deadlines. 'Deadline' has been the word of the day. We are finishing our latest commission of awards ready for the Social Value Awards 2017, run in partnership with the Department for Culture Media and Sport. With every few steps a black curtain comes down in front of your vision.
Sometimes you focus on the darkness.
It's like watching the end of the world happening before your eyes.
For a few seconds there is no tomorrow.
No future moments
Not in those seconds... or minutes that follow. Other days are more optimistic.

We want to see things change
Last night a group of us from Designs in Mind went to see Ruby Wax for 'an evening of mindfulness, hosted by Booka Bookshop. She highlighted throughout the evening how difficult it can be to talk about mental health whilst asking how can this be when we're all nuts?!
